Requesting an E-Commerce Feature

Updated June 2025

How to request an online store, payment integration, booking system, or other transactional feature for your website.

Adding the ability to sell products, accept payments, or let customers book appointments online transforms your website from a brochure into a revenue-generating tool. These features require more planning and technical setup than standard content changes.

Common E-Commerce Requests We Handle

  • Online product stores (Shopify integration or custom WooCommerce setup)
  • Service booking and scheduling systems (Calendly embed or custom booking)
  • Payment forms for deposits, invoices, or event registrations
  • Subscription or membership portals
  • Quote request forms that feed into your CRM

How to Request

Submit a ticket under Website Services → E-Commerce / Payments Request. Include:

  • What you want to sell or offer (products, services, appointments).
  • Approximate number of SKUs or service types.
  • Whether you already have a Stripe, PayPal, or Square account.
  • Any inventory management or fulfillment requirements.

Timeline and Pricing

E-commerce features are scoped as individual projects. After reviewing your ticket, your account manager will schedule a discovery call to scope the work and provide a fixed-price quote and timeline before any development begins. Simple payment forms typically take 3–5 business days; full online stores range from 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.
