The process for requesting a new page — from scoping the content to getting it designed, approved, and live.
Adding a new page to your website is a structured process that ensures the new page matches your existing design, is optimized for search engines, and is tested before going live. Depending on the complexity, a new page typically takes 3–10 business days.
Step 1: Submit a New Page Request
Open a ticket under Website Services → New Page Request. Include the following details in your request:
- The purpose of the page (e.g., a new service offering, a landing page for a campaign, a team member page).
- The desired URL path (e.g., /services/consulting).
- Where the page should be linked from in the existing navigation or site structure.
- Any written content you want on the page, or a note that you need copywriting included.
- Any reference pages from other websites that show the style or layout you're looking for.
Step 2: Review and Approval
Our team will draft the page and submit it to you for approval before it goes live. You'll receive an email with a preview link where you can review the design, content, and any interactive elements. You have two rounds of revisions included with any new page build.
Step 3: Launch
Once you approve the page, we publish it and confirm it's indexed correctly by Google. You'll receive a confirmation email when the page is live. New pages are typically indexed by Google within 1–7 days of launch.
