What to expect when requesting a full website redesign: scope, timeline, what we need from you, and how revisions work.
A website redesign is one of the larger projects we undertake. It involves a complete overhaul of your site's visual design, structure, and often its content — resulting in a modern, high-converting website that reflects where your business is today.
How to Get Started
Submit a ticket under Website Services → Redesign Request, or bring it up with your account manager during a review call. We'll schedule a discovery session within 3–5 business days to understand your goals, audience, and any specific requirements.
What We'll Need from You
- Examples of websites (in your industry or outside it) that you like — note specifically what you like about each.
- Your updated brand assets: logo files, brand colors, and fonts if you have them.
- An inventory of pages you want to keep, remove, or add.
- Any written content you want to carry over or update.
- Access to your current website's CMS or hosting control panel.
Timeline
A typical full redesign takes 4–8 weeks depending on site complexity and how quickly you provide feedback. The process includes: discovery, wireframe/structure approval, visual design approval, content integration, testing, and launch. You'll have checkpoint approvals at each stage so there are no surprises.
Revisions
Full redesigns include three rounds of revisions at the design stage and two rounds at the content integration stage. Additional revision rounds can be added at the project hourly rate. Being specific and consolidated in your feedback (one document with all comments at once, rather than multiple rounds of small notes) keeps the project on schedule.
