Content updates are among the most common requests we handle. Whether you need to update your hours, swap a photo, change a price, or add a new team member — these changes are fast to process when submitted with the right information.
How to Submit a Content Update Request
- Go to Dashboard → Tickets → New Ticket in your portal.
- Select Website Services as the category and Content Update as the type.
- Specify the page and section where the change should be made (e.g., "Home page, About section, second paragraph").
- Paste in the exact new text, or attach a document with tracked changes if there are many edits.
- If you're replacing an image, attach the new image file and note where it should go.
Turnaround Times
- Starter plan: 3 business days for content updates.
- Business plan: 1–2 business days for content updates.
- Managed plan: Same-day or next-day for standard content updates.
