Where to find your website traffic data, how to read the key metrics, and how BRANDED IAM presents monthly reports.
Understanding your website traffic helps you make better decisions about content, marketing, and which services to invest in. If BRANDED IAM manages your analytics, there are two ways to access your data.
Option 1: Google Analytics Direct Access
If you have a Google Analytics account connected to your site, log in at analytics.google.com to see real-time and historical traffic data. The overview report on the home screen shows your most important metrics at a glance. For a deeper dive, use the Reports → Acquisition section to see traffic sources, and Reports → Engagement to see which pages perform best.
Option 2: Monthly Analytics Reports from BRANDED IAM
Business and Managed plan clients receive a monthly website analytics summary prepared by your account manager. These are uploaded to your portal under Projects → Monthly Reports within the first 5 business days of each month. The report includes:
- Total sessions and unique visitors compared to the prior month.
- Top 5 traffic sources.
- Top 10 pages by views.
- Conversion events (contact form submissions, call clicks, etc.).
- Notable trends or anomalies with brief commentary.
If you want access to raw data or want to be added directly to your Google Analytics property as a viewer, submit a request to your account manager.
