Where to find your VPN credentials, what to do if you didn't receive them, and how to get them resent.
Your VPN credentials — the username, password, and WireGuard configuration — are emailed to you automatically within minutes of completing your VPN subscription purchase. Here's what to do if you're having trouble finding or using them.
Where to Find Your Credentials
- Check the inbox of the email address you used when purchasing the VPN subscription.
- Search your email for "BRANDED IAM VPN" or "WireGuard credentials."
- Check your spam or junk folder — some email clients filter automated emails.
If You Didn't Receive the Credentials Email
If you don't see the email within 10 minutes of purchase:
- Confirm your purchase completed by checking your bank or credit card statement for a charge from BRANDED IAM.
- Submit a ticket under IT Support & Security → VPN Credentials with the email address used at checkout.
- Our team will verify your purchase and resend the credentials to you within 1 business hour.
Credentials Security
Your VPN credentials are unique to your account. Do not share them with others — each person who needs VPN access should have their own subscription. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately and we'll issue new ones and invalidate the old set.
