What We Set Up

Custom domain email: Your team gets email addresses @yourbusiness.com connected to Outlook. No more personal Gmail accounts for business communication.
User accounts: Each team member gets their own Microsoft 365 account with the appropriate license.
Security baseline: We apply Microsoft's recommended security defaults — multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforcement, modern authentication, and disabled legacy protocols that attackers commonly exploit.
OneDrive: Cloud file storage configured and synced to each user's computer.
Microsoft Teams: Configured with your team's channels, permissions, and meeting settings.
Email filtering: Anti-spam and anti-phishing policies applied to reduce junk mail and block malicious messages.

What We Need from You

A list of all users who need accounts (first name, last name, job title, email address desired).
Which Microsoft 365 plan you want (Business Basic, Business Standard, or Business Premium — your account manager can advise).
Access to your domain DNS records to set up your email domain.

Timeline

A standard Microsoft 365 setup for a team of up to 10 users takes 1–2 business days. Larger teams or complex configurations (like migrating from Google Workspace) may take 3–5 days. We provide training documentation for your team after setup is complete.
