Step-by-step instructions for setting up and connecting to BRANDED IAM's WireGuard VPN on Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android.
Connecting to your BRANDED IAM VPN takes about 5 minutes for initial setup and one click after that. You'll need your VPN credentials — username and password — from the email sent when you purchased your subscription.
Windows Setup
- Download the WireGuard client from wireguard.com/install.
- Open WireGuard and click Add Tunnel → Add empty tunnel.
- In the Name field, enter "BRANDED IAM VPN."
- Paste the configuration provided in your credentials email into the text area.
- Click Save, then click Activate to connect.
macOS Setup
- Download WireGuard from the Mac App Store (search "WireGuard").
- Open WireGuard and click the + button, then Add Empty Tunnel.
- Paste your configuration from the credentials email and name the tunnel "BRANDED IAM VPN."
- Click Save and toggle the tunnel on to connect.
iPhone / Android
- Install the WireGuard app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and tap the + button.
- Choose Scan QR code — your credentials email includes a QR code for quick mobile setup.
- Tap the toggle next to your tunnel name to connect.
Once connected, you'll see the WireGuard icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac). A green indicator means the VPN is active and your connection is encrypted. If you have trouble connecting, see the article VPN Credentials and Login or submit a support ticket.
