Step-by-step instructions for setting up and connecting to the BRANDED IAM VPN Client on Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, and more.
Connecting to your BRANDED IAM VPN takes about 2 minutes for initial setup and one click after that. You'll need your VPN credentials — username and password — from the email sent when you purchased your subscription.
Windows Setup
- Download the VPN Client from vpnclient.app (Windows installer).
- Run the installer and open the VPN Client app.
- Enter your username and password from your credentials email.
- Click Connect — you're protected.
macOS Setup
- Download the VPN Client .dmg from vpnclient.app.
- Open the .dmg, drag VPN Client to your Applications folder, and launch it.
- Enter your username and password from your credentials email.
- Click Connect.
iPhone / iPad
- Download VPN Client from the App Store (search "VPN Client" or use the link in your credentials email).
- Open the app and enter your username and password.
- Tap Connect.
Android
- Download VPN Client from Google Play.
- Open the app and enter your username and password.
- Tap Connect.
Fire TV / Firestick
- Download the VPN Client APK from the link in your credentials email.
- Enable "Install from unknown sources" in your Fire TV settings if prompted.
- Open the app, enter your credentials, and tap Connect.
