How to Request Printer Support
Submit a ticket under IT Support & Security → Printer / Peripheral Issue. Include:
- The printer's make and model number (usually on a label on the front or bottom).
- Whether the printer is connected via USB or to your office network.
- Which computer(s) are having trouble printing and the specific error message if there is one.
Most printer issues are resolved remotely in a single session. If the hardware itself is faulty (roller jams, drum failures), we can advise on repair vs. replacement and source a replacement unit if needed.
