Understanding Your Service Plan

Updated June 2025

A breakdown of what each BRANDED IAM service plan includes, how plan tiers work, and what happens when you need something outside your plan.

BRANDED IAM offers three primary plan tiers — Starter, Business, and Managed — each designed for a different stage of business growth. Understanding what's included in your plan helps you get maximum value and avoid surprise charges.

Plan Tiers at a Glance

  • Starter: Core services including website hosting, basic IT helpdesk, and monthly check-ins. Best for solo operators and very small teams.
  • Business: Expanded services with proactive IT monitoring, more included website updates per month, dedicated account manager support, and faster SLA response times.
  • Managed: Full managed services — unlimited IT support, proactive security, priority response, and a dedicated account manager available same-day.

Included vs. Add-On Services

Your monthly subscription covers your plan's defined service hours and scope. Some requests fall outside that scope and are handled as add-ons, billed at your plan's hourly rate or as a flat project fee. Common add-ons include:

  • Additional website pages beyond your plan's included count
  • Rush deliverables (24–48 hour turnaround)
  • New hardware procurement and setup
  • VPN subscription (billed separately at $12.99/mo or $99/year)
  • Large design projects like full brand identity packages

Reviewing Your Plan Details

You can view your current plan, included services, and usage at any time by going to Billing → Plan Details in your portal. If you're consistently using more than your plan covers, your account manager will proactively reach out to discuss an upgrade. You can also upgrade at any time — see the article How to Upgrade Your Plan.
