Your First Week
Within 24 hours of signing up, you'll receive a welcome email with your portal credentials, your account manager's contact information, and a link to your onboarding questionnaire. Your account manager will schedule a kickoff call within your first 48 hours to walk through your services, timelines, and immediate needs.
