How and where to upload your existing logos, photos, brand files, and other creative assets to the portal.
Having your brand assets in our portal early allows the design and web team to begin work without waiting on files. Even rough or incomplete assets are useful — our team can work with originals and upgrade them as needed.
How to Upload Files
- Log into your portal and click Files in the left navigation menu.
- Click Upload Files and select your files from your computer. You can upload multiple files at once.
- Add a short description to each upload so your team knows what it is (e.g., "Current logo — PNG version").
- Files are immediately visible to your account manager and the relevant service team.
What to Upload
- Logos: All versions you have — PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or original design files (AI, EPS, PSD).
- Photos: Team photos, product photos, or any images you want used on your website or materials.
- Brand guide: If you have an existing style guide or brand standards document.
- Written content: Any existing "About Us," service descriptions, or other copy you want to keep or build on.
- Competitor references: Screenshots or URLs of websites or designs you like for inspiration.
Maximum file size is 250 MB per upload. For files larger than this, contact your account manager and they'll set up a shared Google Drive folder.
