Accessing Your Client Portal

Step-by-step instructions for logging into the BRANDED IAM client portal for the first time and navigating its main features.

The BRANDED IAM client portal is your central hub for tracking projects, submitting tickets, reviewing invoices, and communicating with your team. Everything about your account lives here, so getting comfortable with it early will save you significant time.

Logging In for the First Time

  1. Open your welcome email and click the Access Your Portal button.
  2. You'll be prompted to set your password. Choose something at least 10 characters long with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  3. Once your password is set, navigate to brandediam.com/login for all future logins.
  4. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication immediately after your first login. Go to Account Settings → Security → Enable 2FA.

Main Portal Sections

  • Dashboard: At-a-glance view of open tickets, current project milestones, and upcoming invoices.
  • Tickets: Submit new support requests and track the status of existing ones.
  • Projects: View timelines, deliverables, and team updates for active projects.
  • Billing: Download invoices, update payment methods, and review your service plan.
  • Files: Upload brand assets, share documents with your team, and download deliverables.
