How to book your kickoff call, what to prepare, and what will be covered during the meeting.
Your kickoff call is a 30-minute meeting with your account manager to align on priorities, timelines, and communication preferences. It typically happens within the first 2–3 business days of signing up and serves as the official start of your engagement with BRANDED IAM.
How to Schedule
- Log into your client portal and navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click the Schedule Kickoff Call banner at the top of your dashboard.
- Select an available time slot from your account manager's calendar. Times are shown in your local timezone.
- You'll receive a calendar invite with a video call link within a few minutes.
What to Prepare
- Complete your onboarding questionnaire beforehand so your account manager can review it in advance.
- Have a list of your top 3 priorities for the first 30 days.
- Know who else from your team should be included in project communications.
- If you have an existing website or brand assets, be ready to share access or file links.
Kickoff calls are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your calendar invite at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
