When Are Invoices Sent?

The schedule for invoice delivery, when payment is due, and how to adjust your billing date if needed.

Knowing when to expect invoices helps you plan your business cash flow and avoid surprise charges. Here's the complete billing schedule for BRANDED IAM.

Monthly Subscription Invoice

Your monthly subscription invoice is generated on the same date each month — your original signup date. For example, if you signed up on the 12th, your invoice generates on the 12th of every month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Add-On and Project Invoices

Add-on services (work outside your plan scope) are invoiced at the end of the month in which the work was completed. These appear as separate line items on a supplemental invoice, typically sent within the first 3 business days of the following month.

Annual Plan Invoice

If you're on an annual plan, you receive one invoice per year on your renewal date. You'll receive a reminder 60 days before renewal so you can update your payment method if needed.

Changing Your Billing Date

If your current billing date is inconvenient (for example, it falls on a day when your business has low cash flow), contact [email protected]. We can adjust your billing date within the same month. Note that a billing date change may result in a prorated invoice for the adjustment period.
