Refund and Cancellation Policy

BRANDED IAM's policy on cancellations, refunds for monthly and annual plans, and how to cancel your subscription.

We want every client to feel confident about their investment with BRANDED IAM. Here's our complete policy on cancellations and refunds, explained plainly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Submit your cancellation request by emailing [email protected] or opening a ticket under Billing → Cancellation Request. Your services continue through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds for Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. If you cancel mid-month, we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period. Your services remain active until the period ends.

Refunds for Annual Plans

Annual plans receive a prorated refund for any full months remaining after cancellation, minus a 10% administrative fee. Partial months are not refunded. For example, if you cancel 8 months into an annual plan, you'd receive a refund for approximately 4 months minus the administrative fee.

Project Work

Design and development projects are billed based on milestones completed. Work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable. Any milestone payment made for work not yet started will be refunded in full.

Exceptions

If you're canceling due to a service failure on our part (e.g., we failed to deliver services within the agreed scope and timeline), contact your account manager directly. We handle these cases individually and are committed to making them right.
