How to Update Your Payment Method

Step-by-step instructions for adding, replacing, or removing a credit card or bank account on your BRANDED IAM account.

Keeping your payment method current prevents service interruptions caused by failed charges. Update your card before it expires — you don't need to wait for a payment to fail.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log into your portal at brandediam.com/login.
  2. Navigate to Billing → Payment Method.
  3. Click Update Payment Method.
  4. Enter your new card details or bank account information in the secure form (processed by Stripe — your card details are never stored on our servers).
  5. Click Save. Your new payment method will be used for the next invoice.

What to Do If Your Card Was Declined

If you receive an email notifying you of a failed payment, update your payment method immediately using the steps above, then contact [email protected] so we can manually retry the charge rather than waiting for the next automatic retry (which happens after 3 days). Proactively reaching out shows good faith and helps us avoid any service pause.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (all credit and debit cards)
  • ACH bank transfer (Business and Managed plan clients only — contact [email protected] to set up)
