Keeping your payment method current prevents service interruptions caused by failed charges. Update your card before it expires — you don't need to wait for a payment to fail.
How to Update Your Payment Method
- Log into your portal at brandediam.com/login.
- Navigate to Billing → Payment Method.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new card details or bank account information in the secure form (processed by Stripe — your card details are never stored on our servers).
- Click Save. Your new payment method will be used for the next invoice.
What to Do If Your Card Was Declined
If you receive an email notifying you of a failed payment, update your payment method immediately using the steps above, then contact [email protected] so we can manually retry the charge rather than waiting for the next automatic retry (which happens after 3 days). Proactively reaching out shows good faith and helps us avoid any service pause.
