How to sync BRANDED IAM billing data with QuickBooks for automatic expense categorization and reconciliation.

If your business uses QuickBooks Online for accounting, you can sync BRANDED IAM invoices and payments directly into QuickBooks rather than entering them manually each month.

Integration Options

  • Manual import: Download your BRANDED IAM invoices as PDFs from the portal and upload them to QuickBooks as expense bills. This requires no setup and works for any QuickBooks plan.
  • Stripe + QuickBooks connector: Since BRANDED IAM processes payments through Stripe, you can use the official Stripe-QuickBooks integration to automatically import all BRANDED IAM charges as categorized transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Zapier automation: Automatically create a QuickBooks bill every time a new BRANDED IAM invoice is generated.

Setting Up the Stripe + QuickBooks Integration

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Apps → Find Apps and search for "Stripe."
  2. Install the Stripe connector and connect it to your Stripe account (the same one used for BRANDED IAM billing).
  3. Configure expense categories and mapping. All BRANDED IAM transactions will appear under the category you assign to BRANDED IAM as a vendor.
