If your business uses Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for email, documents, and calendar, several of BRANDED IAM's services can integrate directly with your Google environment.
Google Workspace Integrations We Support
- Google Drive backup: We can configure automated backups of your Google Drive and Shared Drives to a separate cloud storage location, protecting against accidental deletion and ransomware.
- Gmail security: We can review and optimize your Google Workspace security settings, including DMARC/DKIM/SPF configuration to prevent email spoofing.
- Calendar integration: Your BRANDED IAM portal can display scheduled maintenance windows and project milestones in your Google Calendar.
- Google Analytics: We connect Google Analytics to your website and configure conversion tracking for contact form submissions and other events.
Granting Us Access to Your Google Workspace
To work with your Google Workspace account, we'll need you to temporarily add an BRANDED IAM technician as a Super Admin in your Google Admin Console, or grant access to specific services through OAuth. We use the minimum permissions necessary and document all access grants in your service record. Access is revoked when the work is complete unless ongoing access is required for the service.
