Which browsers are supported for the BRANDED IAM client portal and website, and how to update your browser if needed.
The BRANDED IAM client portal is a modern web application built to the latest browser standards. It requires a reasonably current browser version to function correctly and securely.
Supported Browsers
- Google Chrome: Version 90 or later — recommended for the best experience.
- Mozilla Firefox: Version 90 or later.
- Apple Safari: Version 14 or later (macOS 11+, iOS 14+).
- Microsoft Edge: Version 90 or later (Chromium-based Edge).
Not Supported
- Internet Explorer (all versions): Microsoft ended IE support in June 2022. The portal does not support IE and will display a browser upgrade message.
- Old Chromium-based Edge (EdgeHTML): The legacy Edge browser that came with Windows 10 before the Chromium update. If your Edge feels old, download the current version from microsoft.com/edge.
How to Update Your Browser
- Chrome: Click the three-dot menu → Help → About Google Chrome. It will update automatically.
- Firefox: Click the menu → Help → About Firefox. It will update and prompt a restart.
- Safari: Update via System Preferences → Software Update (macOS). Safari updates with macOS.
- Edge: Click the three-dot menu → Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge.
