How to keep your business name, address, phone, and contact information current in the BRANDED IAM portal.
Your business profile information is used on your invoices, in communications from your account team, and for service delivery purposes. Keeping it current is important for accurate billing and effective support.
What's in Your Business Profile
- Legal business name (as it should appear on invoices)
- Business address (used for invoicing and any on-site service coordination)
- Primary phone number
- Industry / business type
- Number of employees (helps us tailor service recommendations)
- Billing contact name and email (can be different from the portal admin)
How to Update
- Log into your portal and click your business name in the top right corner.
- Select Business Profile from the dropdown.
- Click Edit next to the section you want to update.
- Make your changes and click Save.
If your business name has legally changed (due to a rebrand, acquisition, or restructuring), contact your account manager in addition to updating the portal — we may need to update your service agreement documentation as well.
