How to reset your BRANDED IAM portal password if you've forgotten it or if you suspect your account has been compromised.
If you've forgotten your portal password or need to reset it for security reasons, the process takes less than 2 minutes.
Standard Password Reset
- Go to brandediam.com/login.
- Click Forgot your password? below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address associated with your portal account.
- Check your email for a password reset link (arrives within 2 minutes — check spam if you don't see it).
- Click the link and enter your new password. The link expires after 1 hour.
If You Have 2FA Enabled
After entering your new password, you'll still be asked for your 2FA code. If you don't have access to your authenticator app (lost phone, etc.), use one of the backup codes you saved during 2FA setup. If you don't have your backup codes, contact [email protected] and we'll verify your identity and reset your 2FA enrollment.
If You Think Your Account Was Compromised
Reset your password immediately using the steps above, then contact our team at [email protected]. We'll review recent login activity on your account and determine whether any unauthorized access occurred. Change your password everywhere if you reused it across other sites.
