How to customize which email notifications you receive from the BRANDED IAM portal so you stay informed without inbox overload.
The portal sends notifications for a variety of events — ticket updates, project milestones, invoice delivery, and more. You can customize which notifications you receive so you stay informed about what matters without unnecessary email noise.
How to Update Your Notification Settings
- Log into your portal and go to Account Settings → Notifications.
- You'll see a list of notification categories. Toggle each category on or off based on your preferences.
- For each category, you can choose: Email only, In-portal notification only, Both, or None.
- Click Save Preferences.
Notification Categories
- Ticket updates: Notifications when a technician responds to or resolves your ticket.
- Project milestones: Alerts when a project milestone is completed or when a deliverable is ready for your review.
- Billing: Invoice delivery notifications and payment confirmations.
- Security: Alerts for new logins to your account or 2FA changes. We recommend keeping these on.
- Team activity: Notifications when team members are added, removed, or change their access level.
Security notifications cannot be fully disabled — you'll always receive an email when someone logs into your account from a new device. This is a safety requirement, not a preference.
