How to request deletion of your personal or business data from BRANDED IAM systems, including what data can and cannot be deleted.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. However, certain data must be retained for legal and regulatory reasons even after a deletion request. We're transparent about what we can and cannot delete.

What We Can Delete

  • Your portal account and login credentials.
  • Marketing communications preferences and contact records.
  • IT monitoring data and device enrollment records.
  • Non-essential usage logs and analytics data.

What We Must Retain

  • Financial records: Invoices, payment records, and transaction history must be retained for 7 years under tax law requirements.
  • Security incident logs: If your account was involved in a security incident, associated logs may be retained for legal and forensic purposes.
  • Legal obligation data: Any data we are legally required to maintain by applicable law or regulation.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Specify whether you want a full deletion or deletion of specific categories of data. We'll respond within 30 days confirming what was deleted and what was retained (and why). Note that deletion of your portal account means you will lose access to all project files and support ticket history.
