You have the right to request a complete export of the data BRANDED IAM holds about you and your business. This is available to all clients regardless of jurisdiction, as a matter of policy.
What's Included in a Data Export
- Your account profile data (name, email, business information, contact history).
- All support tickets you've submitted, including full content and attachments.
- Project records and uploaded files.
- Invoice and payment history.
- Portal activity logs (login events, account changes).
- IT monitoring data associated with your account (managed clients).
How to Request
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Export Request." Include the email address associated with your account and the scope of data you want exported (full export, or specific date ranges/categories).
We'll verify your identity, prepare the export, and deliver it as a secure, password-protected ZIP file within 30 days. For large accounts, we may need the full 30 days — most exports for standard accounts are delivered within 5–7 business days.
